Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
- All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days.
- Products not in stock usually ship within 5-8 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom or special orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified of any delays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost pending stock quantity of product.
3. Shipping Methods
- We use reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped, allowing them to monitor the status of their shipment.
4. International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
5. Free Shipping Promotions
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions are subject to terms and conditions, which will be outlined during the promotional period.
6. Order Confirmation and Shipment Notification
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order is placed.
- A shipment notification email, including tracking information, will be sent once the order has shipped.
7. Delivery Issues
- If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at email at pinehillfarmllc@gmail.com.
- For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement if necessary.
- For damaged shipments, please provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Address Changes and Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
9. Weather Delays
- Weather conditions may impact shipping times. Pine Hill Farm is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather.
